I'm giving myself a headache...

I've mentioned it before that I am participating in a craft fair soon. But I'm giving myself a headache over it. My dilemma? I thought I had enough jars for the recipes I'm making, since a friend gave me a lot of jars before they moved. The issue is that I don't have enough of the size I need and none of the larger size I need. At the moment.
I started looking around to see if I could find any to buy that would not make me have to spend a LOT of money to get the necessary amount. It's a lot harder than I thought. So, I thought that maybe instead of glass jars that perhaps I could use plastic jars. Unfortunately, it seems that I would be spending even more money to get what I need in plastic jars versus the price for the glass jars. Whaaaaaaaaat? I even went to thrift stores, but I guess jars is one thing a lot of people don't get rid of. I can understand why. They do come in handy for a lot of things besides food ideas (storing craft stuff, nails, screws, etc.).
Then I saw some decorative gallon Ziploc bags and started considering that, but I got to thinking that maybe that would be tacky. Convenient, yes, but possibly tacky. I was mostly looking at this for the baked goods recipes.
I swear that the costs for the supplies keeps going up as I realize I'm short of some things. At this point, I'd be lucky to make a profit if I were fortunate to sell everything. I fear I'm getting in over my head at this point. I don't want to give up but I'm getting pretty anxious about the whole thing.
I do have a box in my garage with glass jars in it, some of which are vintage turquoise blue jars. I won't use the blue jars, of course, but I should see how many clear jars I have. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to find some half-gallon jars so I won't have to potentially buy close to the 30 I'd need right now.
This is getting crazy.......
God Bless!
